
Jason’s practice includes corporate restructuring, business acquisitions, private investments, and real estate law. His work includes: closing business acquisitions and private investments; closing commercial and residential transactions, both as bank counsel and as counsel to the parties; negotiating commercial leases; collaborating with local counsel on multi-national business acquisitions, including Canada, Europe and Central America; establishing LLCs, Corporations, and Limited Partnerships for business and generational wealth transitions; negotiating cellular tower acquisition, development, and lease deals; establishing and modifying commercial and residential condominiums; serving as counsel on diverse land-use and subdivision matters.
