Jon concentrates his practice in business, finance and wealth transfer with extensive representation of small businesses, banks and developers in commercial mortgage financings, acquisitions, permitting, leases and sales of commercial, industrial and residential properties.

He has been a speaker in numerous real estate related seminars sponsored by Bar Associations, various private trade organizations and his clients. In addition to his private practice experience, Jon’s banking and real estate background including serving for ten years as a director of a bank, as an elected Planning Board member for six years, and as Town Counsel for five years. He has been active in several local charities such as the United Way.
