Courtney joined Bergen & Parkinson, LLC’s litigation practice in 2016. For the past ten years, Courtney has represented clients in civil litigation matters including medical negligence, personal injury, product liability cases and appeals. Her broad experience in litigation matters includes representing corporate clients in asbestos-related litigation in both federal and state courts as well as working closely with senior partners to represent clients at trial.
