
Erin Sherman joined Bergen & Parkinson upon moving to Maine in 2019. She practices in the areas of municipal law, land use, estate planning and probate administration. Erin’s municipal and land use practices focus on providing guidance to municipalities and individuals on issues such as zoning, ordinances, voting, public hearings and town meetings. In her estate planning work, Erin helps individuals and families plan for the future by protecting assets and planning for the care of loved ones. She has a strong commitment to being a helpful and trusted advisor to her clients as they navigate complex processes or difficult decisions.
Prior to joining Bergen & Parkinson, Erin practiced in Wisconsin for three years in the areas of litigation and employment law, where she helped clients navigate issues at work concerning disabilities, work injuries, discrimination/harassment, and employment contracts.
