The firm’s attorneys recognized are Susan Driscoll and Durward Parkinson. Sue Driscoll is recognized for her work in litigation. She has over 25 years experience representing individuals, corporations and municipalities as defendant and plaintiff in litigation matters including negligence, products liability and other tort actions, construction, land use and boundary disputes, municipal litigation, employment issues, business disputes, and catastrophic personal injury cases. Durward Parkinson is recognized for his work in zoning and land use law. His practice includes real estate and zoning, alternative disputes resolution, commercial litigation and municipal and land use law. He has represented municipalities, real estate developers and neighborhood groups in sever high profile litigation matters.
