Bergen & Parkinson is pleased to announce that Attorney William J. Gallitto III has joined our firm. As a member of the Civil Litigation Practice Group at Bergen & Parkinson, William represents individuals, partnerships, corporations, municipalities and other entities in civil litigation disputes. William routinely appears at depositions, conferences, motion hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and other proceedings in Maine’s state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Bergen & Parkinson, William served as a Judicial Fellow for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Superior Court. While in Boston, he also worked at Thornton & Naumes, one of the largest plaintiff law firms in New England, and at the Governo Law Firm, defending complex product liability cases in state and federal courts across New England. William received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from New England School of Law in Boston, where he served as a Technical Editor of the New England Law Review. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Colby College in Waterville, Maine.
William is admitted to the bars of the Maine, Massachusetts, and Connecticut state and federal courts.
After living in Boston for a number of years, William and his wife, Michelle, moved to Michelle’s hometown of Saco. They enjoy being outdoors with their labradoodle, Bailey, and spending time with family and friends.
