As with each of our clients, Bergen Parkinson is working to manage the uncertainties relating to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Our primary focus is on the health and safety of employees and clients. We are paying close attention to information from reliable governmental and health authorities—and from our clients and colleagues.
We want to reaffirm our commitment to providing our clients with the timely, high quality service to which you have become accustomed. As a precaution, we believe that it is best to limit in person meetings whenever possible. We have developed contingency plans designed to allow us to continue serving all of our clients remotely. Please check this website for the email address for any of our attorneys.
Within the office we have taken recommended steps to reduce the risk of exposure such as hand washing, physical barriers and social distancing. All in-person meeting attendees and other visitors must not enter the office if they have tested positive for the virus, have been exposed to an infected individual, or are exhibiting symptoms of the virus. Employees falling into these categories are expected to self-isolate at home. We respectfully request impacted clients to reschedule their planned visits. We will update this page if our safety protocols should change.
We will remain watchful during this rapidly changing situation and always welcome your feedback.
